We are on a mission to change the narrative of healthcare.

Our Doctors of Physical Therapy treat the WHOLE person & WHOLE body.

Our 3 step process:

Calm The Storm
Together we eliminate
pain and illuminate your best life.

  • We’ll help to decrease symptoms almost immediately using a variety of different tools. This will be 100% hands on and may include dry needling, cupping, deep tissue work, and corrective exercise.

Fix The Root Cause
We’ll dig deep into the root cause of your pain to heal prevent injury.

  • We’ll dig deep to find the root cause of your pain or deficits. The lack of thoracic mobility, poor posture, core strength, hip stability or lack of ankle movement may all be contributing factors. Let’s get after it and fix the whole body so we can operate efficiently as one unit!

The Long Game
Grow stronger and get better at doing what you LOVE for LIFE!

  • Let’s continue to work together at some capacity for the long game. This will prevent injuries and help you stay stronger for longer without all those nagging aches and pains so you can keep doing what you LOVE.

What Makes Breathe In Motion So Extraordinary?

Without the constraints of insurance companies dictating care, we can fully address all concerns contributing to your problem. This often leads to fewer visits needed, faster results, improved performance, and prevention of future injuries. Instead of placing a bandaid on your issue, we resolve it at the root. Our treatments and services always begin with finding the root of any imbalances and pain. At your first visit, we’ll assess the entire kinetic chain with a movement screen and develop a clear plan for sustainable pain-free activity. We don’t remove you from sport, we modify training volume and work closely with your coach/trainer. Our treatments are 100% hands-on. We use cupping, dry needling, deep tissue massage, and mobilizations. We won’t be sitting around counting your exercise reps here.

Our therapists walk the talk.
We workout and maintain an active lifestyle with you.

Traditional Physical Therapy focus

  • Treat one body part. Insurance doesn't allow you to address the kinetic chain as a unit.

  • One size fits all treatment designed for light/moderate activity levels

  • Their goal is to get you functional, not functioning at YOUR BEST!

  • Short term pain relief that doesn’t address the whole body or root cause.

  • Treatment that only adheres to the limitations of your insurance

  • Therapy that prioritizes insurance coverage first and your needs second

  • Burnt out therapists who cannot handle the high volume of people they are seeing.

With our
whole body
approach,
you’ll get
moving
AND FEELING
YOUR BEST!

Client Stories

  • “We love Breathe in Motion! 3 years ago when my then 13 year old daughter experienced knee pain, she was seen weekly for dry needling, cupping, messaging and most importantly strength development. Molly has been with her each step of the recovery and continues to be a valuable asset today in her competitive dance training. We are so thankful to Molly for the love, care and expertise she has shown over the years.

My son, who plays collegiate soccer, experienced an ankle injury during his off season. Molly and her team were there again to help with PT, training and ensuring a quicker recovery than expected. Without hesitation, we would highly recommend Breathe in Motion!! Thank you to all the amazing therapists who have helped us!

  • “I was referred to BIM by my wife after dealing with frequent back pain/tightness/strains over the years and trying, unsuccessfully, to treat with chiropractic care or self-led exercise and stretching. I was really impressed with Elise's knowledge and passion for her work. Elise really speaks my language when explaining what we are doing and why (she really knows her stuff!). Between the hands-on manual work, including cupping, dry needling, spinal manipulation, stretching, and the 1-on-1 exercise coaching with at-home exercise plan development, I feel like I finally have the complete set of resources I need to reach my goals (and maintain them!).

I have seen Elise six times so far and have noticed distinct improvements in pain management and mobility since that first visit (and I know there's still much more progress to come, too!). I would not hesitate at all to recommend Elise or anyone else at Breathe In Motion to friends, family, or strangers who might be struggling to achieve their wellness goals.”

  • “My daughter is a competitive dancer who has been dealing with tightness in her neck and shoulders causing her to lose flexibility. She has been to a chiropractor, massage therapist, physical therapists, etc. with no relief. After a few visits at BIM, she has seen much improvement. These ladies are experienced in dance and know how to help. I would definitely recommend for any competitive athlete who is in it for the long haul. Thank you so much!”

  • “Breathe in Motion has been a great added routine to my wellness journey! Elise has been fantastic to work with. It all started with my very first appointment where we discussed my current injuries and goals. In that same session, Elise started to draw up the early steps in our plan to tackle those issues. I was treated that day and shown exercises to continue at home. I quickly knew that a regular schedule with Elise was going to be valuable for all the goals I want to accomplish.

What I've enjoyed most is the tailored experience. At every appointment, Elise and I catch up on what's happened since I last saw her so she knows where to focus. There's no pressure. The approach has been dynamic and flexible. I feel like it's truly a personalized experience and my wellbeing is always the highest priority.

When I walk into Breathe in Motion, everyone is welcoming. Even though there are some exercises or treatments I don't love (like getting dry needled in my big toe, ha) I ALWAYS leave feeling better than when I came in. I look forward to my sessions and I'm excited to continue my journey with Elise and the rest of the crew at Breathe In Motion.”

  • “Molly is incredibly knowledgeable! I saw her for pelvic floor health for my second pregnancy. She asked questions I haven’t been asked before and did a thorough evaluation to try and get to the root cause of ailments I had with my first pregnancy. She exudes passion for what she does and stressed the importance of prevention. She never made me feel silly for asking questions and explained what and why she was doing in a way I could understand. I would absolutely recommend Molly and Breathe in Motion to any pregnant and postpartum mamas!”

  • "Molly is AMAZING. I had postpartum issues with irregular cycles. After two visits and some visceral therapy (which is mind blowing and incredibly successful for me), she helped me re-regulate my cycles, balanced my hormones, and my sciatica was gone. Molly works magic!  She is highly skilled and an expert in her field.  Paired with the passion she has for helping her clients, I am confident the service she provides is unmatched.  Every OBGYN should be referring their patients to Molly!”

  • “Breathe In Motion has been my mind, body, and spirits “therapist” in so many ways. The variety of treatments used to relieve pain, improve mobility, and help my body accept help & healing is by far one of her best tools. In addition, Molly has a fun, warm and welcoming personality.
