  • Elise at Breathe In Motion is absolutely incredible! She has done an amazing job with helping me to finally relieve ongoing low back pain. She has been so incredibly empathetic and understanding of my situation. She has helped me to grow more confident in my ability to regain strength and mobility. I’m so thankful for her and the BIM team!

  • Absolutely would recommend Breathe In Motion to all athletes, or anyone looking to improve their mobility and solve any issues they're having! I saw Stef Smith for dry needling in an attempt to help my knee pain, and 1000% continue to recommend her. I had noticeable results after my first session, and felt way better walking out than when I walked in. She's helped me continue to keep playing soccer at the competitive level I want, and not be in pain the following day. It's been a life-saver for my knees/hips/legs!

  • Stef has been an instrumental, part of my journey as an Ironman triathlete, runner, and all-around fitness focused person. As a woman in my 50s, I rely on physical therapy… Dry needling, deep tissue, massage, and mobility advice. She has helped re-hab a broken shoulder, hamstring problems, ankle injuries, back soreness, to name a few. I wouldn’t be able to do what I do without her, she is the best! Off to run a marathon this weekend, and expecting a super good result in no small part to her help!

  • I am impressed with Elise's knowledge and passion for her work! Elise really speaks my language and is always thorough when explaining what we are doing and why (she really knows her stuff!). Between the hands-on manual work, including cupping, dry needling, spinal manipulation, and stretching, and the 1-on-1 exercise coaching and at-home exercise plan development, I finally have the complete set of resources I need to reach my goals and maintain them! I would not hesitate at all to recommend Elise or anyone else at Breathe In Motion to friends, family, or strangers who might be struggling to achieve their wellness goals.

  • I started seeing Molly when she was looking for her first brick and mortar location. She is THAT AMAZING - I’d follow her anywhere. I started with hip pain and plantar fasciitis, but within a few sessions of dry needling, manual massage and cupping - I was already getting relief. I also see Stef, who is equally amazing. I am now on a maintenance plan and visit once per month. The entire team is helpful and welcoming and I really do look forward to every visit. Thank you all for helping me stay active!

  • Steph is amazing! She has helped me avoid surgery and has given me relief from my symptoms when “traditional “ PT approach was getting me nowhere. She saw right away that my pain was from more than one source and developed a plan to address each milestone and goal I had. She is a joy to be around even when she’s sticking me with needles.

  • My company needed to create a movement program to help our employees move more efficiently and safely to prevent injuries on the job. Their team created a very simple 10 min program that anyone can do, that can be done before starting work every day. They worked with us to figure out all our major movements over the course of a work day and tailored our movement program to exactly our needs. They custom designed an upper and lower body poster that even has a QR code that brings you to the instructional videos they made that go over in detail each exercise. I couldn't be more happy with the results of the Breathe in Motion team!

  • What I've enjoyed most at BIM is the tailored experience. At every appointment, Elise and I catch up on what's happened since I last saw her so she knows where to focus. Her approach is dynamic and flexible. I feel like it's truly a personalized experience and my wellbeing is always the highest priority. When I walk into Breathe in Motion, everyone is welcoming. Even though there are some exercises or treatments I don't love (like getting dry needled in my big toe, ha) I ALWAYS leave feeling better than when I came in. I look forward to my sessions and I'm excited to continue my journey with Elise and the rest of the crew at Breathe In Motion.

  • Breathe in motion is the absolute best. I would recommend this great business for women of all ages, all goals, and for any injury — Stef is THE magic you need. Stef goes above and beyond to help you meet & exceed your goals, you’ll be sure to leave with a life long path to success and heal.

  • Maggie is amazing! Whether I need a quick tune up or a full Pilates training session with her, she is very skilled and knowledgeable. She really listens to you and makes sure your body gets what it needs!

  • Molly and her team are amazing! My daughter is a gymnast and does regular injury prevention work with Molly that has been very helpful! Recently we have added the Pilates Reformer to her weekly regimen with Maggie from BIM and she too is just as amazing. This machine is helping to target key areas of her body that take a lot of impact in gymnastics. I recommend Molly and her team to anyone looking for pain relief, injury prevention or return to their sport.
