Prenatal Yoga
A guided prenatal yoga class led by a licensed therapist, designed to help expectant mothers stay active, relieve stress, and prepare for labor. Duet Reformer Pilates
A duet Pilates reformer lesson. Grab a friend and get a private lesson isolated to exactly what you are looking to work on. The reformers work to enhance core strength, improve flexibility, elongate the lean muscles and improve your posture! Pilates is an amazing complement to your normal fitness routine to reduce aches and pains.
