Develop and cultivate professional relationships with clients and referral partners
Help carry out the mission, vision, and core values of Breathe In Motion as we continue to grow
The people who will love this job and do well at Breathe in Motion resonate with these values:
Candor and Disney Experience-
You overdeliver, in every facet of life, and you care. You’re constantly striving to lead from the front with your heart – at home, at work, and in your community. Now this doesn’t mean that you’re all gas, no brake– but rather you focus on showing up as the best version of yourself in all of your roles. You strive to deliver a life-changing client experience that is unmatched.
Flexibility and Synergy–
You realize the easy path was never meant to be taken, and the road less traveled is where the magic happens. You’re always jumping at opportunities to help your teammates or do the dirty work, to question what you think you know, and you show up to not just become a better clinician, but a better person and teammate. You thrive in a team environment but can shift to focus on your individual contributions.
Purpose and Walk the Talk–
You’re committed to the process and you put in the work, whether that’s your own health and wellness, your relationships, or your career. In a world of instant gratification, you’re able to zoom out, look at the big picture and be consistent to achieve lasting results.
Dreamer and Flourish–
You have a growth mindset and learning mode is always on. You don’t just identify a problem, but rather are quick to take action to identify and implement a win:win solution for the best interest of the client and the business. You do this through solid communication, being open to collaboration, and are skilled at delivering and receiving constructive feedback. You bring big ideas and are willing to try something new for the good of the team, the business, and your own personal growth.
